Exams are
typically graded within 48 hours of receipt. Results are placed in
the U.S. Mail for standard postal delivery. Most participants will
receive their results in 2 - 4 days. |

| Can
I have a copy of my Certificate of Completion Faxed to me if I am
running short on time? |
|
|
Yes. Just
provide us with your FAX number and a note stating your request when
you return your exam. Your complete exam results and Certificate of
Completion will be placed in the mail as per our usual procedure. |

| What
if I don't pass the exam? |
|
|
Participants
who score less than 80% will have their corrected answer sheet
returned to them with information regarding the troublesome areas.
Participants will have the option of answering essay exam questions
covering the subject matter on the test that was problematic.
Participants who successfully complete the essay exam questions will
receive credit for the course. |

|
| What
options do I have if I already own the text book? |
|
|
If
you already own the text book for a
course which offers 15 or more CE's,
you may reduce the price of the course
(for the exam only) by $30. If the
course offers less than 15 CE's, you
may reduce the price of the course
(for the exam only) by $20. |
|

|
| Is
it possible for several practitioners to order courses and share a
textbook? |
|
|
Yes. In this
case, one course is subject to the full price, and additional exams
are available for a $30.00 discount from the regular course price.
To place an order in this fashion, select one complete course, and
then additional exams only for the number of practitioners that will
be taking the course. |

| What
if I decide against taking the exam? |
|
|
Materials may
be returned up to 10 days after receipt for a full refund, minus a
$10.00 processing fee. |
|

|
| Is there a fee for
submitting very dated material? |
|
| |
Yes. The Joshua Tree requires a
$25.00 re-registration fee for materials submitted more than one
year after the order was placed. This covers our administrative
time in searching and recording in multiple data bases. |
